I take pride in creating custom crochet dolls based on your specifications.
Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.
Custom Orders:
Since our crochet dolls are custom-ordered and made according to your specific design, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the down payment is made and production has begun. All sales of custom-ordered products are final.
Down Payment:
A non-refundable down payment is required to secure your order. This payment reflects the time, materials, and labor involved in creating your custom doll. Once we receive the down payment, no exchanges, refunds, or cancellations will be permitted.
Order Cancellation:
Orders may only be canceled before the down payment is made and before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not accepted, and the down payment will not be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Goods:
If your custom crochet doll arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or repair at our discretion. Please include photos of the damage or defect in your claim.
Delivery Delays:
While we strive to fulfill and deliver orders promptly, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays.
